Almond flour
Almond flour is made from finely ground, blanched almonds after the skin is removed. As such, it is naturally gluten-free and possess the same nutrition properties as regular almonds.
Use it as a replacement for regular flour in pastries (cookies, banana bread, waffles) or as the main ingredient for the frangipane, a filling used to make a traditional French dessert called “galette des rois”.
