“Should I put the baking soda with the non-food ingredients or with the flours?”. Baking soda is known for so many different things that it was a difficult decision! It absorbs odors, can be used as a leavening agent in breads or as a gentle exfoliant.
Needless to say, it ended up making it in both categories.
