Did you know? The creator of corn flakes and co-founder of Kellogg’s was a physician who believed that a bland diet could decrease sex drive and prevent people from engaging in “sinful behaviour”. Working in a health sanitarium, he fed his patients an ultra-restrictive diet that led to several cases of severe malnutrition.

Despite its controversial origins, cornflakes’ popularity grew due to their convenience and taste, and they eventually became a breakfast staple around the world. Our cornflakes are without added sugar, and can be enjoyed as it with milk/yoghurt.
