Curry (mild)
Curry is not strictly speaking a spice but a mixture of spices which symbolizes Indian cuisine, although the term ‘massala' (‘mix') is most predominantly used in India.
The spices most commonly found in curry are ginger, coriander, cardamom, cloves, pepper, chili, and turmeric.
