Flax seeds
Flax seeds, also known as linseeds, are small edible seeds reknown for to their dietary fibers and vitamins and minerals.
In baking, flax seeds are often used as an egg substitute for vegan recipes, owing to their binding properties. They can also be sprinkled over yoghurt, oatmeal, or used in smoothies.
Usage
Only to be used for cooking and baking. Do not consume raw!
