Fusilli (whole wheat)
Compared to their classic counterpart, these fusilli are made from whole wheat flour, preserving the grain’s nutritious layers of bran and germ. This results in a nutty flavor and a slightly firmer texture.
The spiral shape of whole grain fusilli allows sauces to be held effectively, making it suitable for a variety of dishes, from simple tomato-based sauces to rich meat-based ragù or creamy Alfredo sauce.
Use 100g of pasta per portion. Add to a pot of boiling water (minimum 1 liter). Add salt, stir, bring back to a boil and let in cook for 8min.
