Fusilli
Fusillis is a staple in Italian cuisine, and their spiral shape allows them to hold sauces effectively, making them suitable for various dishes, from simple tomato-based sauces to rich meat-based ragù or creamy Alfredo sauce.
Usage
Use 100g of pasta per portion. Add to a pot of boiling water (minimum 1 liter). Add salt, stir, bring back to a boil and let in cook for 8min.
