Lima beans
Lima beans, originating from South America, offer a subtly buttery taste and a slightly starchy texture, lending depth to dishes such as succotash, or enriching soups and stews, and serving as a hearty addition to side dishes and salads.
Thanks to their creaminess, you can also turn them into a spread similar to hummus.
