Beyond macaroni and cheese, this pasta is also used in pasta salads, soups (such as the traditional “pasta e fagioli”), and casseroles (with, for example, blue cheese and broccolis).
Use 100g of pasta per portion. Add to a pot of boiling water (minimum 1 liter). Add salt, stir, bring back to a boil and let in cook for 9min.
