This type of pasta, also known as “conchigliette”, is a smaller version of the shell-shaped known as “conchiglies”.
Originating from Italy, its small size makes it particularly suited for soups like minestrone, creamy pasta salads, or cheese-based dishes.
Use 100g of pasta per portion. Add to a pot of boiling water (minimum 1 liter). Add salt, stir, bring back to a boil and let in cook for 8min.
