Soy beans
While most of us know them as edamames, when they're green and immature, soybeans, once dry, have an entirely different appearance.
While you can consume them as any other beans, you can also use them to make your own tofu or soy milk.
Usage
Gebruik 100g bonen per portie. Week 12 uur in koud water. Breng over naar een pot met 3 keer het volume water. Breng aan de kook, dek af en laat 3 uur sudderen.
