Soy beans
While most of us know them as edamames, when they're green and immature, soybeans, once dry, have an entirely different appearance.
While you can consume them as any other beans, you can also use them to make your own tofu or soy milk.
Usage
Use 100g of beans per serving. Soak for 12h in cold water. Transfer to a pot with 3 times the volume of water. Bring to a boil, cover, and let it simmer for 3 hours.
