Soy chunks (fine)
Soy chunks are the ideal meat substitute for vegetarians and vegans, with a similar texture to nuggets or minced meat. They are very easy to cook and rich in protein and fibers.
Use in chilies, lasagnas or curries.
Use 30g of soya chunks and twice the volume of water per serving. They need to be rehydrated before consumption: Let them soak, covered, in a marinade of you choice or incorporate them to a dish with enough liquid for them to absorb and expand.
