Vegetable broth (gluten-free)
A must-have in any kitchen, broth is usually sold as individually wrapped cubes but you can also find it as powder. Twice as concentrated than the other type, this one is also gluten-free.
Mix 1 teaspoon (10g) with 500ml of hot water.
Sea salt, starch, carrot, onion, parsnip, shiitake mushroom, pumpkin, parsley, sunflower oil, turmeric, lovage root.
