Vegetable broth (gluten-free)
A must-have in any kitchen, broths are usually sold as individually wrapped cubes but you can also find them as powder. Twice as concentrated than the other type, it is also gluten-free and onion-free for people with IBS!
Mix 1 teaspoon (10g) with 500ml of hot water.
Salt, flavor enhancers (E621, E631, E627), maltodextrin, potato starch, palm fat, flavourings, vegetables (parsnip (15%), tomato (1%), sugar, sunflower oil, herbs (parsley, chives), spices (turmeric), parsley root, nutmeg), yeast extract .
Keep cool, dry and dark.
