White beans are an easy way of adding protein to a dish, whether it’s a soup or a smoothie, mixed with rice and other grains, or used in casseroles.
The beans can also be mashed or blended to make a savory dip that is similar in texture to hummus.

Usage

Use 100g of beans per serving. Soak for 12h in cold water. Transfer to a pot with 3 times the volume of water. Bring to a boil, cover, and let it simmer for 1 hour.
