White beans
White beans are an easy way of adding protein to a dish, whether it's a soup or a smoothie, mixed with rice and other grains, or used in casseroles.
The beans can also be mashed or blended to make a savory dip that is similar in texture to hummus.
Usage
Gebruik 100g bonen per portie. Week 12 uur in koud water. Breng over naar een pan met 3 keer het volume water. Breng aan de kook, dek af en laat 1 uur sudderen.
