Whole wheat flour

This flour was milled in the North of Delft, in the famous Molen de Roos, the only windmill in Delft still in operation. The flour is always milled the day before I order it, which makes it extra fresh!

The grain itself is a very specific mix of organic French, Dutch and German wheat which always observe a very specific balance of proteins so that your flour is always the same.
